Director/Show Proposal Process
The Westfield Theatre Group is currently seeking proposals for fall 2026. The categories we look for when choosing a fall show include non-musical or “straight plays”, and smaller scale musicals. If you would like to be considered as the director of your proposed show, please be sure to fill out this google form:

Timeline of Events
Responsible Party
Director submits Preliminary Proposal form
Reading Committee Review
Directors meet with the Board of Directors and a show is voted on by the Board of Directors
Deadline for Fall Productions
November 1st of previous year (Ex: Fall 2023 show proposals are due November 1, 2022.)
November/December
February Board Meeting
Deadline for Spring Productions
May 1st of previous year (Ex: Spring 2023 show proposals are due May 1, 2022.)
May/June
August Board Meeting
