The Westfield Theatre Group, a department of the Westfield Woman’s Club, now offers the Marion Dunk Memorial Scholarship. Marion was a long-standing and valuable member of the Westfield Theatre Group. She was heavily invested in the success of our productions as a member of the board and an active participant for every production. But most importantly, it was her huge contribution to original musicals for which she was the composer, arranger, and music director for the scores of no less than 9 original WTG productions, among them Robin Hood, Dracula, Gift of the Magi, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

 

The scholarship, of up to five hundred dollars, will be awarded to any student who has been involved in some significant way with a WTG production. Applicants must be enrolled in a performing arts program at an accredited college or university.
