Cast Bios
Betty Conklin (Olive Green) This is Betty’s fifth production with The Westfield Theatre Group. She previously appeared in Robin Hood, Holiday Inn, Disaster, and Sleepy Hollow. Betty would like to thank her WTG family for the opportunity to continue doing what she loves.
Tommy Galanis (Debt Counselor) is thrilled to be back on the WTG stage once again! Favorite past shows include Robin Hood (Friar Tuck), Sanctuary Much! (Bigglesworth, Jerry, Guy), A Christmas Carol (Tom Fenton), Untaken (Brad), Dearly Departed (Clyde, Norval), and A Critical Matter (Slightly Sly Sly). He’s honored to work with his wife Kelly and his friend and colleague Aaron on this fun production. To the entire cast – break a leg!
Roger Gove, Jr. (Ed Ferris, Inmate 2) Roger has enjoyed returning to the stage this past year after a long hiatus and thanks the Westfield Theatre Group for making it a fun experience with roles in last season’s Disaster! and most recently in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Previous to his hiatus, Roger did many, many shows and some favorite roles include Nicely-Nicely Johnson (Guys & Dolls), Pharoah/Brother/Joseph (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat – yes, he did the show three times!), Fagin (Oliver!) and Motel (Fiddler on the Roof – which he has also done three times!). Roger sends love and thanks to family and friends who have supported and encouraged him to get back onstage and keep coming to applaud!
Aaron Kielbasa (Eddie Summer, Prospective Client) Aaron is excited to be returning to the WTG stage yet again! A current member of the board of directors and a part of the tech team working on the theater and lights, Aaron is active both in front of and behind the curtain. You may have seen him recently as Plankton in SpongeBob the Musical (E7), Agent Dollar in Catch Me if You Can (UHP), Will de Castle in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (WTG), or Will Scarlett in Robin Hood (WTG). He will also be appearing on the Exit 7 stage for Pride and Prejudice in February. He would like to thank his parents for their support. Enjoy the show!
Krista Krupa (Det. Lt. Milch, Copper) Krista is excited to be returning to Westfield Theatre Group! She was most recently seen in Sleepy Hollow as Alya Van Tassel. Some of her favorite roles include: Donna Sheridan with the MTD Group’s Mini Mia, Carol Strong in Unity House Player’s Catch Me if You Can, Alice/Madeline/Ernie in WTG’s Birthday Candles, Sophie Greedly in Good Company Theater’s Murder By Indecision, Ethel McCormack in Exit 7’s Footloose, Abigail Adams in Westfield Theatre Group’s 1776, Ensemble in Something Rotten at (E7), Sandra Bloom, Big Fish (WTG), the Specialist, The Who’s Tommy (E7) Ensemble/Solo dancer, Tuck Everlasting (WTG), and Ensemble in Legally Blonde (E7) to name a few. Krista hopes you don’t laugh too hard at the antics in the show!
Dylan LaSante (Det. Sgt. Raye) Dylan Lasante is joining his second production with the Westfield Theatre Group! More recently, you may have seen him as the pompous yet frightened School Master Ichabod Crane in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Now staring as the hilarious and somewhat dimwitted Detective Raye in the short play Annnd Scene (of the Crime), he hopes that everyone enjoys this collection of 10-minute plays!
Tom LeCourt (Barry Wilson, Guy) Favorite on stage roles include Mr./Lee in Sunday in the Park with George, Franklin in 1776, Cookie in Nice Work If You Can Get It, The Old Man in A Christmas Story: The Musical, Mr. Erlanson in A Little Night Music, Mr. Banks in Mary Poppins, Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls, and Orin in Little Shop of Horrors. Behind the scenes, Tom proudly directed Birthday Candles, Tuck Everlasting, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Company, The Heidi Chronicles, Steel Magnolias, The Man Who Came to Dinner, and several one act plays. Tom dedicates his performance to his Mom & Dad, who are watching from the best seats in the house. Love you forever!
Kate Nourse (Lemon Yellow) Kate is excited to be making her premiere with the Westfield Theatre Group! She trained at Shakespeare and Company after earning a BFA in Filmmaking from Champlain College, VT. Past theatre credits include Gonzalo (The Tempest), Philostrate (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Miss Bertie (Sam’s Point - World Premiere), Goody Good (Witches!? In Salem?!), Cybel (The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde), and Joan (Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind).
Kai Pabon (Sky Blue, Blixen) Kai is very enthusiastic to join Westfield Theatre Group’s production of Winter Nights. Kai has not been on stage since 2015 where she was Shelby Eaton in Steel Magnolias with Arena Civic Theatre. Previously she was in the ensemble of Company with Adrian College and her more known role of Brooke Windom in Legally Blonde with Turners Falls High School where she choreographed an entire jump rope dance routine. With rehearsals, meetings and events for the upcoming Hot Chocolate Run for Safe Passage, she is ready to hit hibernation mode for the rest of the winter season with her kitties and hopes to hop back into the audition scene this spring.
Mark Parsons (Peach, Inmate 1) Mark has been performing with WTG for over 25 years, during this time he has also performed with other groups in the tri-county area. Roles that he has enjoyed portraying include Jonathan Brewster in Arsenic & Old Lace, Nephew Fred in A Christmas Carol, Uncle Billy in It's a Wonderful Life, Bobby in A Chorus Line, Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar, Jamie & Zoltan Karpathy in My Fair Lady and Bert Healy & Drake in Annie. His proudest achievement happened at the CTA Festival where he won both Best Actor Awards, The People's Choice and The Adjudicators Award, for his portrayal of Marion Cheever in Next. He dedicates his performance to his parents for all their love and support through the years.
Gabriel Powers (Bobble, Burnt Sienna) Gabriel is excited to be in his first production with Westfield Theatre Group! His previous shows include Into the Wardrobe at Evangel Theater, as well as Pete's Garage with OFHMC Theater Group. When not a burnt-out crayon or getting an offboarding interview, he enjoys drawing comic art. He would like to thank his directors Anin and Krista, as well as the rest of the cast of Winter Lights! He also gives a special thanks to his wife Hannah, who encouraged him to audition for the show!
Hannah Powers (Taylor) Hannah would like to welcome you to our show! This is Hannah's third holiday season with Westfield Theatre Group, previously having done Holiday Inn (ensemble) and Nuncrackers (ensemble), and is thrilled to be sharing the stage, for the first time, with her husband, Gabriel! She'd like to thank the production team, her director, Molly, and her husband for agreeing to come audition and do plays with her. Happy Holidays!
Tara Robinson (Diana Wilson, Prancer) Tara has certainly always had a ‘flair for the dramatic’ and is excited to finally be getting back into theatre. She’s been fortunate enough to perform in Murder By Indecision with Westfield Theatre Group, do the 48-Hour Play Festival with Exit 7 Players, and perform in a Michael Buster McMahon original radio theater stage production, Sanctuary Much. Every day she pretends she knows what she’s doing as a 5th grade teacher and is mom to a creative, precocious 10-year-old boy, which is her favorite role yet.
Lauren Seslar (Alyssa, Mrs. Crowe) Lauren is very excited to be back on stage at the Westfield Theatre Group (WTG)! Lauren has been a member of WTG for the past ten years performing roles such as Katrina Van Tassel in Sleepy Hollow, Marianne Wilson in DISASTER!, Linda Mason in Holiday Inn, Sister Amnesia in Nuncrackers, and Elaine in Arsenic and Old Lace. Lauren also performed in K and E Theatre Group's production of Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party and was featured in many shows while attending her alma mater, Berklee College of Music. Lauren would like to thank her Mom and Dad, her family, friends and students for always supporting and believing in her.
Sandra Wang (Florence Campbell) Sandra Wang has performed in many live theatre productions and play readings at GCC, the Lava Center and with Valley Players. She has acted in short independent films, been a volunteer reader of local news for Valley Eye Radio and contributed to the podcast Talking Across the Lines as an interview reader. Sandra is happy to be working with the Westfield Theatre Group for the first time, and to be with you here today. In her other life she is a bookkeeper.
Katie Whalen (Joan, Spouty) Katie is absolutely on FIRE (wink wink) to be participating in Winter Lights, marking this as her 5th production with the Westfield Theatre Group. One might even say she’s ready to DIVE right in. Some of her favorite roles include Lindsay Lowhand in the murder improv Bet Your Life!, Lady Mildred Marks in the Palmer-Dunk musical Robin Hood, and Margot in Dial M for Murder with the Theatre Guild of Hampden. Katie would like to thank her mom, her bestie Kale, the girlies, and her theatre friends for pushing her to pursue what she loves!
Nancy Wright (Withers, Leaper) Nancy is very excited to be performing in Winter Lights as well as working with first-time Directors Krista Tetreault in Offboarding and Kelly Galanis in Santa’s Dolphins. Some of the most recent shows she has been in include Disaster, Robin Hood, Arsenic and Old Lace, It’s A Wonderful Life, The Curious Incident of a Dog in the Nighttime, and You Can’t Take It with You. She is very honored to share the stage with so many talented people. To the Cast & Crew: BREAK A LEG!!!!!

Director Bios
Molly Clark (Got A Light?, The Santa Thing) Molly is so excited to be back at Westfield Theatre Group taking on a new position. Molly’s past roles at WTG include Zacky Price in Big Fish (Spring 2022), Young Mary in It’s A Wonderful Life (Winter 2022), Maria in Nuncrackers (Winter 2023), and Stella in the dance ensemble of Holiday Inn (Winter 2024). Molly has also appeared in productions at Unity House Players and her school, PVPA. She has had so much fun directing shows with this lovely group of people and she hopes you enjoy the show!
Anin Derouin (The Big Picture, Parent Teacher Interviews) Anin has had a love of the performing arts since early childhood. After a 25-year hiatus, she is excited to be involved in theatre once again. Since auditioning for the Westfield Theatre Group in 2024, Anin has joined the board, choreographed Sleepy Hollow, choreographed and performed in Disaster! The Musical and appeared as a featured dancer in Holiday Inn. Anin is excited to be directing again and that it’s her first time directing for WTG!
Meaghan Farrell (When I Fall in Love, it Will Be…, Aaand Scene (of the Crime)) Meaghan is grateful to her two wonderful casts in this production, When I Fall In Love It Will Be (Sandra and Roger) and Annd Scene Of The Crime (Krista, Aaron, and Dylan). They are the reason she returned to the Westfield Theatre Group stage for this. Not only has Meaghan worn the director hat before, successfully directing Murder by Indecision (Fall 2017 in Westfield and Spring 2024 in Granby, CT), Legally Blonde (Exit 7 Players, Fall 2019), Footloose (Exit 7 Players, Fall 2023), but she got her directing start on this very stage in 2017 with two ten minute plays (Sniffing the Pickup and The Wedding Story) in February 2017 Valentine’s themed shows. Meaghan has also graced the floorboards as an actress, performing in shows such as Annie (Exit 7 Players, Fall 2025), Present Laughter (WUP, Spring 2022), Much Ado About Nothing (Exit 7 Players, Fall 2017), Beauty and the Beast (WUP, Summer 2018), and more that her tired, teacher brain can’t recall! When not at the theater you can find Meaghan in her classroom teaching 8th grade students that there is more to life than 6-7! 🤣Meaghan would like to thank her loving and supportive family and friends, particularly her husband of almost ten years, John! Kelly Galanis (Choices, Santa’s Dolphins) Kelly is excited for her directorial debut with this fun collection of shows! When on stage, Kelly’s favorite roles over the years have included Bonnie in Anything Goes, Flora Latham in No, No Nanette, Lucille in Dearly Departed, Caroline Fenton in A Christmas Carol, Melanie in Untaken, and Jessica in Sanctuary Much! She was also a first-time producer for Birthday Candles at WTG last Fall. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for the Westfield Theatre Group and is thrilled to once again experience the theatre life alongside her husband Tommy. She thanks the fine folks at the WTG for this opportunity and is tremendously grateful to her phenomenal cast members for making this an absolute joy of an experience.
Krista Tetreault (Da Gift of Da Maggies, Offboarding) Krista Tetreault is delighted to be returning to The Westfield Women’s Club in her first role as Director. Krista debuted in 2017 on the Westfield stage playing in Murder By Indecision, Christmas Carol, It’s a Wonderful Life, Arsenic & Old Lace and Disaster. She would like to thank your best friend Nancy for being a great cheerleader, her husband Roger for his patience on attaining props and her daughter Eden for her unlimited support.

Playwright Bios
Lindsey Brown (Parent Teacher Interviews) Lindsey Brown is an award-winning New Zealand playwright whose passion for the performing arts started at a young age. She has had plays performed around the world, including London, New York, Hollywood, Florida, Houston, Atlanta, Sydney, Dubai, Queenstown and Auckland.
John Busser (Annnd Scene (of the Crime)) John Busser is an actor/writer/graphic artist from the Cleveland area. He is the co-runner of Cleveland Public Theatre’s writer's workshop, The Dark Room which helps new and seasoned playwrights test drive new work. He is the author of over 115 short plays that have been produced throughout the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and most recently, South India.
Peter Dakutis (Offboarding) Peter Dakutis is an Atlanta-based technical writer/editor who gets busy with his muse through playwriting. In addition to several productions in the Atlanta area, his work has been produced around the US and in London and Canada. His play “Transcodicil” was chosen for the Smith & Kraus Best Ten-Minute Plays 2021 Anthology.
Patrick Gabridge (Santa’s Dolphins) Patrick Gabridge is the author of numerous produced plays, including Lab Rats, Blood on the Snow, Fire on Earth, Constant State of Panic, Pieces of Whitey, Reading the Mind of God, Blinders, and Hearing Voices. He is the author of three novels: Steering to Freedom, Moving (a life in boxes), and Tornado Siren.
Franky D. Gonzalez (The Gift of Da Maggies) Franky D. Gonzalez is a playwright and TV writer of Colombian descent splitting time between Dallas and Los Angeles. He holds a BA in Theatre from the University of North Texas and has had his work featured throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex where he serves proudly as the Dramatists Guild Regional Representative.
Jean Koppen (Got A Light?) Jean Koppen is an award-winning playwright and founding member of Pipeline Playwrights. Her plays have been presented at the Kennedy Center's Page to Stage Festival and produced across the country including at Keegan Theatre (D.C.), the Capital Fringe Festival (D.C.), SkyPilot Theatre (LA), and The Alumnae Theatre (Toronto).
Greg Lam (The Santa Thing) Greg Lam is a playwright, screenwriter, podcaster and board game designer who lives in the Bay Area. He is the co-founder of the Asian-American Playwright Collective, a member of The Pulp Stage Writer's Room, Playground SF, and the administrator of The Pear Theatre's Playwright Guild.
James McLindon (Choices) James McLindon’s plays have been produced across the country and around the world, including England, Ireland, Scotland, India, The Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Dubai, Luxembourg, and Estonia. He is a member of the Nylon Fusion Theater Company in New York.
Mark Harvey Levine (The Big Picture) Mark Harvey Levine has had over 2,300 productions of his plays everywhere from Bangalore to Bucharest, from Seoul to Sao Paulo, and from Lima to London. His plays have won over 45 awards and been produced in more than ten languages. His work has been published in over two dozen anthologies by Applause, Smith & Kraus, Routledge and Vintage.
Susan Middaugh (When I Fall In Love, It Will Be…) A member of the Dramatists Guild and the Playwrights Group of Baltimore, Susan has had 34 of her short plays produced or read by community theaters in the U.S., Canada and England. They include Source Theatre, Shelterbelt Theatre, Stone Soup Theatre, Wasatch Theatre Company, Magnetic Theater, Onstage Atlanta, Fells Point Corner Theatre, Dorset Players, Thetford Players as well as Barrington Stage.
